Exchange/Refund Policy
- Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
- We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
- Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
- If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that on the back of the invoice.
- All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
- Please write the reason for your return, as well as your phone number, on the back of a copy of your invoice.
- Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the following address:

Warranty Period
All of our air guns (except for airsoft ones) have a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. All of our airsoft guns, unless noted otherwise, have a 30 day warranty. We are a factory authorized repair facility for Webley & Scott, Crosman, Walther, Beretta, Colt, Smith&Wesson air guns.
Service
We service ANY air gun. We have a complete repair shop, and are a factory authorized repair/warranty station for Webley & Scott and Crosman. Our gunsmiths will work on any airgun at a reasonable price; just give us a call before you send us your rifle or pistol.

Shipping charges depend on destination and weight of the items you are buying. Please add the items to the shopping cart and click [Check Out] button. The shipping options (with exact amounts we will charge for shipping) will be displayed on the screen after you fill out destination zip code.
